About Brittany & the Creation of Blissful Womb Care
This experience was the gateway to reconnecting with my Soul’s purpose and the creation of Blissful Womb Care nearly a decade later…
I’m an now an experienced yoga teacher, guiding classes from creative Flows to peaceful Restorative classes, and everything in between, for nearly a decade. My teaching style is centered around connecting you to your body, reframing the relationship you have with it, and is rooted in mindfulness so you can continue to integrate the practice off your yoga mat and into your daily life.
In 2014, I completed a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
Since then, I have led hundreds of women through breath and movement practices as a way to connect to their body, baby and prepare for labor. This has been one of my greatest honors, to hold space for women in this process of creation.
In 2020, my journey to connecting to my Womb and the desire to expand support to women through Cycle Awareness, Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum Care began.

In 2021, I became a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, although I don’t identify as either. I am passionate about supporting Pregnancy in preparation for Birth, Postpartum Care, and the confronting yet liberating Rite of Passage from Maiden to Mother.
In 2022, I completed the most transformational training of my life - INNATE Postpartum Care with Rachelle Garcia Seliga of INNATE Traditions. Through this, I began to see many distortions with how we collectively tend to women and mothers. I learned the 5 Essentials of Postpartum Care rooted in supporting our physiological design - Rest, Warmth, Body Care, Nourishment, and Community Support.
The health and wellness of a mother dictates the health and wellness of her family. This impacts the health and wellness of the community, with the ripple effect flowing to the collective.
When we can remember and hold space for this, it ignites a flame and remembrance within women and mothers everywhere. The intergenerational deficiencies that have resulted in the unwell and disconnected culture we live in can begin to repair and heal, not only for you, but for your ancestors and future generations to come.
I desire to support women and mothers through the entire childbearing continuum because what is required to support thriving life during Postpartum, also supports the Menstrual Cycle, which many of us are disconnected from. When the Menstrual Cycle is supported, it also lays the foundation for supporting Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum.
When women and mothers are supported throughout the entire childbearing continuum (from menstruation to menopause), the world as we know it begins to repair and heal. You see, it’s all interconnected.
The ways I support women and mothers are vast and interconnected. I’m honored and grateful to be invited into the most intimate and vulnerable times of a woman’s life, and I would be honored to support you, too.
